WhisknCrumb Egg Free Whole Wheat Chocolate Sponge Mix

  1. Place water , Premix in a mixing bowl & use Whisk at slow speed for 1 minute.
  2. Scrape the batter and mix at medium speed for 3 minute.
  3. Add oil and mix for 1 min at slow speed.
  4. Scale the batter into well greased cake mould.Bake at 170-180°C  for 35 -40 minute.
