WhisknCrumb Egg Free Choco Lava Premix

  1. Place  required  quantities of choco lava premix ,Oil/Butter and Water in a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk in flat blade mixer for 1 minute at slow speed ,scrape batter and mix at high speed for 3 minutes.
  3. Scale the  batter into lava cake  moulds 3/4th of the capacity .
  4. Bake at 240 °C upper & 210°C lower for 8-10 minutes.
