WhisknCrumb Egg Whole Wheat Vanilla Sponge Mix

  1. Place Egg ,Water in a mixing bowl attached with proper attachment and mix at slow speed for 1 minute.
  2. After Egg Mix properly then add  Premix, and Mix at Medium speed for  3 minutes.
  3. Add oil in the batter and mix for 1 min at slow speed.
  4. Scale the batter into well greased cake mould.
  5. Bake at 170-180 °C  for 35 -40 minute.
